Rebuilding Livelihood & Community: DRR in Iligan City
nlad Kabayan, along with Christian Aid International worked together on a project aimed at rehabilitating and improving the living conditions of intensely affected families of typhoon-afflicted areas from 2011 and 2012. The project is named, “Rebuilding Livelihood & Community: DRR [Disaster Risks Reduction] in Iligan City”.

Programme objectives:
- Strengthen the capacity of local community and natural resource base as a strategy in reducing risks in disasters and adapting to climate changes.
- Strengthen livelihoods of beneficiaries through direct livelihoods support and enhancing the position of local producers in the value chain.
- Enhance knowledge and strategies in disaster reduction and livelihood rehabilitation among key actors in DRR-CCA in the community and city.
